Structure your life so you can be in flow each day, doing the things that make the biggest impact on your business, while also having the space to enjoy your own life, family and wellbeing.
Running a business is one thing. Knowing how to manage your time and workload for maximum impact, how to navigate bumps with ease, and how to truly love the journey are the next steps.
Get off the treadmill of constant doing and never ending to do list and discover that doing less (if done right) can actually help you to be more productive in your business and life.

Let me show you:

• How to avoid the pitfalls of burnout and overwork (and understand the clear warning signs when you are on this path).
• The strategies that will help you achieve your goals sooner with the added bonus of more ease and fun along the way

• How to structure your day, week, month and year so you have plenty of time and energy for the things that matter most in your business and life.

Presenter Bio – Wendy Jasper

Wendy Jasper is the co-Director of the well know Wellington Underground Market, and the Wellington Waterfront Pop-up Village (those funky design shops in shipping containers on the waterfront). She is also a business coach, mentor and strategist with a couple of decades under her belt as a entrepreneur in a variety of fields (including a few spectacular fails which she says where the best learning experiences).

It was through reaching an all-time low (a culmination of depression, overwork, burn-out and health issues) that forced Wendy to re-look at the way she did business and conducted her day to day life. She now runs multiple businesses, works less than she used to, yet is the most productive she has ever been. She says it best -“I have structured my business and life so that it supports me to be the best version of me, and that in turn perpetuates my success.” Her passion is to help women create businesses and lives where they truly thrive (and not spend so many years stuck in the hard dumb struggling part).
