Speaker Session: Marketing Strategy & Planning

Why, it’s all a bit difficult!

Open up every text book and they will tell you need a marketing strategy and marketing plan.

However, for some small to medium business it is a matter of time, experience and knowledge that prevents them developing a marketing strategy and marketing plan for your business.

The reality is that it’s not that hard and by creating the strategy and plan, you dramatically increase your business success rate in generating leads, good customers and ensuring your marketing spend gives you a good return. Regardless of size, industry or stage of development.

For new businesses, this is a vital step before you print the brochure or build the website.  For existing businesses it’s a must do to ensure you are still remaining relevant, growing and connecting with your customers and not letting your business fade into the background.

This session explains the fundamentals of building a marketing strategy and plan and explains why it’s really important to spend the time to do this properly. It’s also your chance to ask questions and pick the brain of a leading marketer as well as share your own experiences.
